Terms and Conditions for Events and Retreats

Welcome to From Gaia for You, operated by Danilo Bruni (referred to as “the Organization,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms and Conditions govern your booking, attendance, and participation in any event, retreat, or treatment organized by us.
By making a reservation, you (“the Client”) agree to be bound by these terms.
I. Client Cancellation and Financial Policy
A. General Cancellation Rule
The Client may cancel their reservation at any time but must formally notify the Organization in writing via email (1.1).
The deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable under all circumstances of Client cancellation (1.5).
B. Deposit Transfer Policy Based on Notice Period
The ability to transfer your deposit to a future event depends on when you notify us of your cancellation:
If you cancel 60 days or more before the event start date, you may transfer 100% of your deposit to a new event taking place within the next six (6) months. There is no transfer fee for this option. Please note that while the deposit remains non-refundable, it can be fully transferred within the specified timeframe.
If you cancel between 30 and 59 days before the event, you may also transfer 100% of your deposit to a future event taking place within six (6) months, but a €300 transfer fee will apply. The deposit remains non-refundable but can be moved to a new booking within this window.
If you cancel less than 30 days before the event, your deposit is fully forfeited and cannot be transferred to another event.
If a deposit transfer is approved, the new event must be booked and attended within six months of the original event’s start date. After this period, any unused deposit will automatically expire and cannot be applied to future bookings.
C. Transfer and Forfeiture Clause
If the Client qualifies for a deposit transfer (per above), the transferred deposit must be used to reserve another event within six (6) months of the originally booked event.
If the deposit is not used within this period, it will be forfeited (1.2, 1.3).
D. Early Departure
If the Client voluntarily leaves the retreat or event prior to its completion, no refund or partial reimbursement will be granted (1.6).
II. Organization Cancellation Policy
A. Right to Cancel
The Organization reserves the unconditional right to cancel or reschedule any event at any time (2.1).
B. Client Options in Case of Cancellation
If the Organization cancels an event, the Client may choose between:
Transferring the full amount paid to alternative dates for the same or similar event; or
Receiving a full refund of all payments made to the Organization for that specific event.
The Organization is not liable for additional expenses incurred by the Client, such as travel or accommodation costs.
III. Health, Safety, and Participation
A. Health and Participation Requirements
The safety and well-being of all participants are our highest priority. The Organization reserves the right to limit or terminate participation if:
The Client’s health condition differs from the information provided in the medical questionnaire (3a);
The Client’s physical or psychological state is deemed incompatible with the retreat program (3b);
The Client disregards safety instructions or guidance from the Organization’s facilitators (3c).
Clients must inform the Organization in advance of any medical, psychological, or dietary conditions that could affect their participation.
B. Termination for Safety or Conduct
From Gaia for You reserves the right to immediately end a participant’s stay and ask them to leave if, at the Organization’s discretion, continued participation poses a safety risk to themselves, others, or the retreat environment (4.2–4.3).
No refund or reimbursement will be issued under these circumstances.
C. Problem Resolution
Should any concern arise during an event, the Client must promptly inform the responsible staff member to allow the Organization to resolve the issue on-site (4.1).
IV. Liability and Responsibility
The Organization is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage sustained by the Client during participation in retreats, activities, or excursions, except where directly caused by the Organization’s proven negligence.
Clients participate in all activities, including plant medicine ceremonies, yoga, and outdoor excursions, at their own risk.
Clients are advised to obtain appropriate travel and health insurance covering retreat participation, medical needs, cancellations, and trip interruptions.
V. Photography and Media
By attending any From Gaia for You retreat or event, the Client grants the Organization permission to capture and use photos or videos taken during the event for promotional purposes, unless they explicitly withdraw consent in writing before or during the event.
VI. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Málaga, Spain.
