PLANT MEDICINE RETREAT
IN SOUTHERN SPAIN

“A FAMILY-BASED CENTRE FOR RESPONSIBLE CEREMONIAL WORK.”

SAFE · GROUNDED · INTEGRATIVE

MAXIMUM OF 6 PARTICIPANTS · HELD IN NATURE NEAR MALAGA, SPAIN

WELCOME TO FROM GAIA FOR YOU
HOW WE HOST OUR RETREATS

From Gaia For You was created from lived experience and a deep respect for ceremonial work, integration, and the responsibility that comes with guiding
others through profound inner processes.

Rather than operating as a commercial retreat centre, we host our retreats in
our family home in nature in Southern Spain.

We work with very small groups only, allowing us to be personally involved
with each participant before, during, and after the retreat.

People choose From Gaia For You because we take time.
Time for careful preparation and screening, time to truly get to know those who arrive, and time for integration that continues beyond the retreat itself.

Our approach is grounded, trauma-aware, and focused on long-term
wellbeing rather than intensity or spectacle.

“We walk this path ourselves and host each retreat with presence, integrity, and responsibility —
creating a space that feels human, safe, and deeply held.”

HERE, INNER WORK AND DAILY LIFE ARE
NOT SEPARATE PATHS
— THE WORK CONTINUES IN EVERYDAY LIFE.

WHO THIS RETREAT IS FOR

This retreat is created for those who feel a sincere and conscious call to engage in deep, dedicated inner work within a safe, small-group environment.

The process is holistic, intensive, and asks for presence, commitment, and personal responsibility.

Our retreats weave ceremonial work with a trauma-aware, integrative approach.

Throughout the journey, different supportive therapies and practices are carefully combined, allowing the work to unfold in layers.

This can feel intense at times and is intended for those who are ready to meet themselves honestly — including the parts that are often avoided.

This is not a retreat for quick fixes, peak experiences, or purely ceremonial work without integration.

It is for those who feel ready to slow down, go deeper,
and walk their process with care and integrity.

“If something in you softens or recognizes itself while reading this, it may already be an inner yes.”

WHAT MAKES THIS SPACE DIFFERENT

We hold this work within a small, carefully curated group, allowing each participant to be seen, supported and guided throughout the process.

This creates a level of safety, presence and personal attention that is not possible in larger or more commercial retreat settings.

Our approach is grounded in care, pacing and responsibility.
The work is held with respect for the nervous system, honouring each person’s individual process rather than pushing toward intensity or peak experiences.

This retreat takes place in a family home environment, where warmth, humanity and genuine connection are part of daily life.

We believe that feeling safe, welcomed and at ease is an essential foundation for deep inner work.

Integration is central to everything we do.
Time, space and guidance are offered to help you make sense of your experiences and bring what arises into your life in a grounded and meaningful way.

“I felt truly seen and supported as a human being, not treated like just another participant.”

HOW THE WORK UNFOLDS

Our retreats follow a structured and intensive process, carefully designed to support deep inner work, integration and embodiment.

While we remain attentive to both the group and the individual, the process is held within a clear and intentional structure.

Throughout the retreat, ceremonial work is combined with preparation, guidance and integration, so that each experience is properly held and given time to settle.

Ceremonies are intentionally spaced and supported by moments of reflection, sharing, rest and therapeutic practices that help participants process what arises on a physical, emotional and psychological level.

The work can be intense. Rather than aiming for peak experiences or isolated breakthroughs, the focus is on embodying what is revealed — understanding how insights relate to current life patterns, relationships and choices, and how they can be lived beyond the retreat itself.

This way of working allows depth without overwhelm, and transformation that is not just experienced, but integrated and applied in daily life.

WHAT BECOMES POSSIBLE WHEN YOU MEET YOURSELF
WITH HONESTY AND COMPASSION,
GUIDED BY THE WISDOM OF NATURE THAT HELPS US REMEMBER OUR TRUTH?

SAFETY, CARE & INTEGRATION

Safety is foundational to everything we do.

The retreat is held with clear communication, careful preparation and ongoing support, honoring each participant’s physical, emotional and psychological wellbeing.

We create a safe space where participants are supported to stay present with their experience, at their own pace and within their own boundaries.

Taking responsibility does not mean carrying everything alone.

It means meeting what has happened — and what has been attracted or repeated — with clarity and compassion, allowing choice, self-trust and personal power to be restored.

Small group sizes allow for close guidance, attuned facilitation and the ability to respond to individual needs as they emerge.

Integration is an essential part of the retreat, helping participants ground their experiences and insights into their daily life in a way that feels safe, empowering and sustainable.

This work is held with integrity, care and genuine human presence, allowing depth to be met within a secure and well-supported container.

  • “Working with Danilo, Ilse and Martin was one of the most profound experiences of my life. After experiencing the medicine with them, I not only have gotten my life back, but now I love myself again.”

WORKING WITH DIFFERENT MEDICINES

The retreats are designed as a coherent and intensive process, in which different medicines may be worked with over the course of the retreat.

These are not approached as separate or isolated experiences, but as interconnected parts of a carefully guided journey.

Each medicine is introduced with clear intention and context, and its role within the wider process is explained.

Time and space are created between ceremonies to support integration, allowing experiences, insights and teachings to be embodied rather than only understood mentally.

The intensity of the process is intentional.

The focus is on embodiment — on bringing what is received during the work into the body, into awareness, and into lived experience.

Participants are supported in exploring how insights relate directly to their current lives, relationships and patterns.

The aim is not to collect experiences, but to translate what is revealed into practical understanding and conscious action, so the work continues beyond the retreat itself.

“ What would it mean to fully embody what is shown to you, rather than leaving it behind as an experience?”

PRACTICAL FOUNDATIONS & READINESS

Our retreats are intentionally limited to a maximum of six participants.
Within the field we work in, this level of intimacy is rare — and it is a conscious choice.

Participants are invited to stay with us in our family home, creating an environment of warmth, continuity and genuine human connection.

This way of working has consistently shown to have a profound impact on the healing process, supporting trust, openness and a deeper sense of belonging within the group.

Preparation is an essential part of the retreat. Participants are asked to follow clear guidance in the physical, emotional and mental preparation leading up to the retreat.

In addition, a personal assessment and self-reflection process is completed beforehand, inviting participants to look honestly at their lives, relationships and inner patterns from their current perspective.

Clear guidelines during the retreat are in place to create a safe and conscious container.

At the core of our work lies mutual trust.

"Working in a very small group allows for depth, presence and personal guidance that simply isn’t possible in larger settings.”

We are happy to arrange a call or connect via WhatsApp to clarify anything before you move forward.
