AYAHUASCA RETREAT SPAIN

Ayahuasca is one of the most sacred and powerful plant medicines on Earth a teacher, a healer, and a guide for the soul.
For thousands of years, indigenous peoples of the Amazon have called it “La Medicina” the medicine that helps us remember who we truly are.

Made from two plants, the Banisteriopsis caapi vine and the Chacruna (Psychotria viridis) leaf, Ayahuasca opens the doorway to deep emotional healing, spiritual awakening, and expanded consciousness.

At From Gaia For You, we hold Ayahuasca retreats in Spain, Europe in a safe, intimate, and heart-centered environment.
Each retreat is designed to support profound transformation combining traditional ceremony with holistic integration, sound healing, and personal guidance.

Unlike ordinary experiences, Ayahuasca works beyond the physical body. It cleanses the mind, balances the emotions, and brings you into direct connection with your higher self.
Through this sacred journey, many find clarity, peace, and renewed purpose a return to truth and authenticity.

“Ayahuasca opens the gates of perception helping us see not with the eyes, but with the heart.”

This ancient plant teacher is one of the most transformative and sacred medicines we work with — guiding you to let go of the past, reconnect with your true nature, and awaken the wisdom that already lives within you.

ORIGINS & TRADITION OF AYAHUASCA

The word Ayahuasca comes from the Quechua language and means “vine of the soul” or “vine of the spirits.”
It is traditionally brewed from two sacred Amazonian plants: the Banisteriopsis caapi vine and the Chacruna (Psychotria viridis) leaf.

For centuries, shamans and healers across Peru, Colombia, Brazil, and Ecuador have used Ayahuasca in ceremonies of healing, vision, and initiation, guided by songs, prayers, and the spirit of the forest.

These ceremonies were (and still are) held not as experiences of escape, but as journeys of learning and purification reconnecting the individual to the wisdom of nature, the ancestors, and the spiritual world.

At From Gaia For You, we honor this sacred lineage with great care and respect, creating a space where ancient tradition meets modern understanding.
Our facilitators are experienced in both indigenous and integrative approaches, ensuring a safe and deeply transformative environment for every participant.

WHAT AYAHUASCA CAN SUPPORT WITH

Ayahuasca is often described as “a thousand mirrors showing you yourself.”
It is a master plant that teaches by revealing truth guiding you through layers of emotion, memory, and energy to help you release what no longer serves and rediscover who you truly are.

Unlike conventional approaches that suppress pain, Ayahuasca helps you face and transform it — with compassion, forgiveness, and renewed clarity.
The healing unfolds not only in the mind, but through the heart, body, and spirit, bringing a sense of wholeness that many have long been seeking.

Below are some of the most common areas Ayahuasca can support each of which can be expanded in your accordions on the site:

  • Ayahuasca is renowned for its ability to bring deep emotional release and cleansing.
It allows repressed emotions — grief, anger, sadness, guilt, or fear — to surface gently and be released in a safe and supported space.
Many people come to Ayahuasca feeling emotionally blocked or disconnected and leave with a sense of lightness, freedom, and peace.

It can help those who have carried unresolved pain for years to finally let go, see their experiences from a higher perspective, and find compassion for themselves and others.
Through tears, breath, or silence, the heart opens and begins to heal.

“Ayahuasca doesn’t erase emotions — it teaches you how to feel them with love.”

  • Ayahuasca is often called the vine of the soul because it reconnects us with the part of ourselves that has always been whole, wise, and deeply connected to life.
In ceremony, this connection is not intellectual — it is felt. The boundaries between self and nature dissolve, revealing the truth of our unity with all existence.

For many, Ayahuasca opens a profound spiritual awakening — not as a sudden enlightenment, but as a gentle remembering.
It helps you experience the sacredness of every breath, every sound, every heartbeat.
Through visions, insights, or pure silence, you begin to sense that spirit is not outside of you — it lives within, guiding and sustaining all that is.

This awakening is often accompanied by a sense of deep peace, gratitude, and unconditional love.
Old fears lose their power, and life becomes an expression of reverence rather than survival.
Many describe it as “coming home” — to the truth, to the Earth, to the divine within.

Ayahuasca teaches that spirituality is not about escaping reality, but about seeing it clearly, loving it deeply, and walking it consciously.
It brings the awareness that the divine speaks through every moment — the forest, the music, the silence, and the stillness of your own heart.

“Ayahuasca opens the inner eye — not to show you something new, but to help you remember what you have always known.”

  • Grief is one of the most sacred forms of love, and Ayahuasca holds a unique power to help the heart process it.
For those mourning the loss of a loved one, relationship, or part of themselves, Ayahuasca offers a bridge between pain and peace.
It allows you to feel, honor, and release grief while reconnecting to the eternal bond of love that transcends death and separation.

Many participants describe a deep sense of reunion — not as a vision, but as a realization that love never truly ends.
The medicine brings understanding, forgiveness, and closure, helping you continue life with softness, gratitude, and new lightness in your heart.

  • Ayahuasca can offer powerful support for those living with anxiety, depression, or emotional instability.
By revealing the root causes of suffering — whether fear, trauma, or disconnection — it helps dissolve negative loops of thought and emotion.

In a safe, guided setting, the medicine helps the nervous system release stress and restore balance, allowing the body to enter a state of calm presence.
Many people report feeling more centered, stable, and optimistic after a retreat — not from euphoria, but from deep emotional clarity and acceptance.

Ayahuasca helps you reconnect to life, to nature, and to your own inner strength — gently teaching that peace does not come from control, but from trust.

“Ayahuasca is not an escape from the mind — it is a return to the heart.”

  • Trauma lives not only in the memory but in the body — stored as tension, fear, or disconnection.
Ayahuasca can bring awareness to these energetic imprints, allowing them to be seen, felt, and released safely.
During ceremony, many experience purging as energetic release, a natural process through which the body frees itself from the weight of unprocessed experiences.

For those healing from childhood trauma, abuse, or difficult life events, Ayahuasca provides a compassionate mirror — helping transform pain into understanding and empowerment.
This process does not erase what happened, but changes the relationship to it — freeing the self from identification with suffering.

  • In modern life, many people feel disconnected, exhausted, or unsure of their direction.
Ayahuasca can help you reconnect with your inner fire and rediscover meaning in your path.
It clears mental and energetic stagnation, restores vitality, and reminds you of what truly matters.

Through ceremony, people often rediscover forgotten passions, insights, and a renewed sense of life force.
It is a medicine of remembrance — guiding you back to your authentic purpose, joy, and inspiration.

  • Ayahuasca has long been used in the Amazon as a tool for liberation from dependency and repetitive behavior.
Rather than focusing on symptoms, it helps illuminate the emotional and spiritual roots of addiction — loneliness, disconnection, shame, or pain.

The medicine helps participants face these truths with honesty and love, often creating the first genuine connection to self in years.
From that place of awareness and forgiveness, transformation begins naturally.

When combined with integration and support, Ayahuasca can offer profound breakthroughs in self-understanding and healing, helping people break cycles and reconnect to their natural state of wholeness.

BUT ABOUT FINALLY LETTING GO OF EVERYTHING THAT IS NOT YOU?

SCIENTIFIC UNDERSTANDING

While Ayahuasca has been used by indigenous healers for thousands of years as a spiritual and energetic medicine, modern science is only beginning to understand its profound effects on the human body, mind, and consciousness.

Recent studies in neuroscience, psychology, and pharmacology have shown that Ayahuasca can stimulate neuroplasticity, emotional healing, and psychological integration, offering measurable benefits for mental and emotional health.

  • Ayahuasca is made from two plants that, when combined, form a unique biochemical partnership:

    • Banisteriopsis caapi, the vine, contains harmala alkaloids (Harmine, Harmaline, and Tetrahydroharmine), which act as MAO inhibitors. These prevent the breakdown of DMT and naturally enhance serotonin function in the brain.

    • Chacruna (Psychotria viridis) or Chaliponga, the leaves, contain DMT (N,N-Dimethyltryptamine) — a compound naturally produced in the human body and found in many living organisms.

When taken together, the MAO inhibitors allow the DMT to become active orally, resulting in the visionary and introspective states for which Ayahuasca is known.

But beyond visions, Ayahuasca’s true power lies in its neurological and emotional recalibration — how it helps the brain release, reorganize, and rewire itself.

  • Neuroscientific research using MRI and EEG technology has revealed that Ayahuasca significantly reduces activity in the Default Mode Network (DMN) — the part of the brain associated with ego, self-referential thought, and rumination.
When this network quiets, it allows other regions of the brain to communicate more freely, leading to expanded awareness, emotional release, and perspective shifts.

This can explain why many people experience:

    • A sense of oneness and interconnection with nature

    • Deep emotional insights and understanding

    • The ability to see personal challenges from a new, compassionate angle

Studies have also found that harmala alkaloids in the Ayahuasca vine increase levels of BDNF (Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor) — a protein linked to neurogenesis and brain repair.
This means that Ayahuasca may literally help the brain heal and grow new neural pathways after periods of trauma, depression, or chronic stress.

“Ayahuasca helps the brain remember what the heart has always known — that healing is possible.”

  • From a psychological perspective, Ayahuasca creates a state of enhanced introspection and emotional accessibility.
Under its influence, the usual mental defenses soften, allowing repressed emotions, memories, and patterns to surface safely for release and understanding.

This state of “open awareness” makes Ayahuasca highly effective in supporting people dealing with:

    • Anxiety and depression

    • PTSD and emotional trauma

    • Addiction and dependency patterns

    • Grief, loss, or existential crisis

Clinical research (from institutions such as Imperial College London and Universidad de São Paulo) has shown that a single Ayahuasca experience can lead to long-term improvements in mood, mindfulness, and emotional regulation, especially when integrated with reflection and guidance.

Ayahuasca helps participants face painful truths, not as punishment, but as liberation — offering a way to rewrite the emotional story and reclaim inner balance.

  • In traditional Amazonian understanding, Ayahuasca is both a spiritual and physical medicine.
The purging (vomiting, sweating, crying, yawning, or bowel release) that often accompanies ceremonies is not considered a side effect, but a core part of the healing process — a way the body expels accumulated toxins, stagnation, and emotional weight.

Modern biochemistry supports this view. The active compounds in Ayahuasca stimulate the vagus nerve, improve digestion, and activate the parasympathetic nervous system (the body’s natural state of relaxation and repair).
This can lead to improvements in sleep, metabolism, and immune function.

Participants often describe feeling physically lighter, clearer, and more energized after a ceremony — a reflection of the body’s restored balance.

  • Over the last decade, interest in Ayahuasca as a therapeutic tool has expanded worldwide.
Scientific publications and universities in Europe and South America are investigating its potential in treating:

    • Depression and anxiety resistant to conventional therapy

    • Addiction and substance abuse

    • Trauma and post-stress disorders

    • Existential distress and spiritual crisis

These findings align with centuries of indigenous experience — confirming that Ayahuasca is both a physiological cleanser and a catalyst for deep emotional and spiritual healing.

At From Gaia For You, we honor both worlds: the ancient wisdom of the forest and the modern understanding of the mind.
Our approach bridges science and spirit — creating a safe, sacred, and grounded container for healing and transformation.

Science can describe how Ayahuasca works, but only experience can show you why it heals.

ENERGETIC & SPIRITUAL DIMENSION

Beyond its chemistry, Ayahuasca is a living intelligence an energy medicine that works on the deepest levels of body, mind, and spirit.
It communicates not through words, but through vibration, emotion, and feeling.

In traditional understanding, Ayahuasca is the spirit of the forest itself a teacher, a healer, and a guide that restores harmony between the physical and spiritual worlds.
It doesn’t show you what you want to see it gives you what you need to heal.

When taken in ceremony, Ayahuasca begins to move through the body, clearing stagnant energy and emotional density.
You may feel waves of warmth, tingling, pressure, or lightness signs that energy is shifting and the nervous system is opening.
This is why Ayahuasca is often a very physical medicine, far more about feeling than seeing.

Some people experience visions patterns, colors, sacred geometry, or symbolic images but this is not the goal.
The true medicine lies in the experience of presence and release allowing the body and heart to express what has been held in silence.
When visions do appear, they are simply reflections of energy visual metaphors of your own healing.
If something needs to be seen, the medicine will show it. If something needs to be felt, it will open you to it.

“Ayahuasca teaches through experience not through imagination. The truth it shows is not outside of you, but within your body and your heart.”

“AYAHUASCA IS NOT A SUBSTANCE; IT IS A SPIRIT - A LIVING TEACHER THAT MIRRORS THE SOUL AND IVITES YOU TO HEAL THROUGH LOVE.

THE AYAHUASCA CEREMONY EXPERIENCE

An Ayahuasca ceremony is a sacred journey of remembrance a deep encounter with your true essence and the wisdom of nature.
It is a moment to slow down, to listen, and to allow what has been buried to rise to the surface with love.
In the silence of the night, guided by sacred songs and the care of experienced facilitators, you are invited to reconnect with life in its purest form open, humble, and whole.

At From Gaia For You, we approach Ayahuasca with reverence and presence.
We prepare each participant personally and thoroughly creating the energetic and physical foundation for a safe and transformative experience.

  • The ceremony begins long before you arrive.
Two weeks before the retreat, each participant has a personal preparation call with one of our facilitators.
During this call, we explore where you currently are — emotionally, mentally, and physically — and help you set a clear focus and direction for your process.
This allows the preparation to become personal and intentional, tailored to your unique journey.

You are then invited to begin a gentle two-week home preparation — a time to cleanse the body, calm the mind, and align your energy with the frequency of the medicine.

    This includes:

    • No alcohol, recreational drugs, or heavy stimulants

    • Limited coffee and smoking

    • No refined sugar or processed food

    • Eating light and clean foods, ideally plant-based

    • Intermittent fasting, to rest and reset the digestive system

    • Meditation and self-reflection, spending time in silence or nature

    • Observation of emotions and relationships, noticing what arises without judgment

    • Setting a clear intention, not as an expectation, but as a direction for your healing

This stage purifies both body and energy. It is the first ceremony — a conscious act of preparation and respect for the medicine you are about to meet.

“The ceremony begins when you start preparing — each choice, a prayer, each breath, a step toward clarity.”

  • Upon arrival at the retreat center, we begin the process with purification rituals to cleanse and align your energy before entering the Ayahuasca space.

The first day includes a tobacco purge — a sacred Amazonian practice using natural Mapacho infusion to cleanse the stomach, lungs, and energetic field.
This deep release clears emotional and physical residue, grounding you into presence.

We also work with a shamanic plant purge, carefully prepared from gentle Amazonian plants that support emotional detoxification and energetic cleansing.
These purges help open the body and spirit, allowing Ayahuasca to enter a clean and receptive vessel.

“Before you open to the light, you must first empty what no longer belongs.”

  • As part of the preparation, participants are invited to receive Kambo, the sacred frog medicine, followed by an ice bath ritual.
These practices create a powerful purification on both physical and energetic levels.

Kambo helps cleanse the body of toxins, strengthen the immune system, and release emotional stagnation.
It clears pathways for life force energy to flow, supporting deeper connection during the ceremonies.

The ice bath complements Kambo by awakening presence and focus.
It trains the breath, calms the nervous system, and helps you embody stillness in the midst of intensity.
Together, they prepare body, mind, and spirit to enter the Ayahuasca work with clarity and strength.

“Cleansing is an act of devotion — to meet the medicine with openness, humility, and courage.”

  • Once the cleansing phase has passed, you are invited to rest and integrate. This is a precious moment — the body feels light, the mind clear, and the heart open. We offer you time to lie down, reflect, and slowly return to your natural rhythm.

We share fruit, hydration, and gentle grounding practices to help the body recover. Integration is not only physical; it continues in the hours and days after, as insights arise and you begin to notice shifts in your perception, mood, and energy.

Many participants describe feeling renewed, more connected to their body, and deeply centered in their truth. Kambo helps remove layers of heaviness, bringing a sense of vitality and emotional balance that continues to unfold long after the ceremony ends. When the night comes, the ceremony space becomes sacred — prepared with prayer, candles, and medicine music.
Each participant drinks the Ayahuasca in silence, entering a deep inward journey that lasts between five and seven hours.

During this time, you may experience reflections, emotions, sensations, or visions.
Some moments bring stillness and peace, others bring release and insight.
Ayahuasca works differently for each person — but always with intelligence, guiding you exactly where healing is needed.

Throughout the ceremony, purification may manifest through the body — crying, yawning, shaking, sweating, laughing, or vomiting.
These are all natural ways the body releases what no longer serves.
The medicine cleanses on multiple levels:

    • Physical cleansing, supporting detoxification and cellular regeneration

    • Emotional release, liberating pain, grief, or fear

    • Energetic opening, dissolving blockages and restoring flow

    • Spiritual awakening, reconnecting you to love, presence, and truth

The experience is not about seeking visions — it is about feeling, seeing, and remembering.
If visions appear, they are personal messages from your own consciousness, showing what needs to be understood and integrated.

Our facilitators stay close throughout the night — guiding with sacred songs, grounding energy, and gentle support whenever needed.
The ceremony is not led — it is held, with full presence and devotion.

“Ayahuasca does not show you something outside of yourself — it reveals what is ready to awaken within.”

  • After the ceremony, we begin the morning in stillness and sharing — giving space for rest, reflection, and grounding.
Integration begins immediately, through listening, connecting, and honoring what was received.

The following days include meditation, breathwork, and time in nature to bring balance to the body and calm to the mind.
Healing continues gently, unfolding through daily life, as new awareness and peace take root.

“The medicine continues to work long after the ceremony ends — in your words, your choices, and the way you meet life.”

  • At From Gaia For You, our work with Ayahuasca is guided by presence, prayer, and deep listening.
Every retreat is created as a sacred container — a space where each person can meet themselves through the wisdom of the plants, in a field of safety, respect, and care.

Our approach is both traditional and integrative.
We honor the ancestral ways in which this medicine has been used for generations, while creating an environment that supports the modern person — emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
We see the ceremony as one part of a much larger process: preparation, purification, ceremony, and integration — all held with equal importance.

We work in small and intimate groups, allowing us to offer personal attention and energetic support to each participant.
No two journeys are the same — every person is seen, heard, and accompanied through their unique process with compassion and awareness.
Our facilitators stay close throughout the entire retreat, holding space with calmness, humility, and care.

The energy of our work is rooted in love and trust — not in control or expectation.
We do not try to shape the experience, but to hold it safely so that the medicine can move freely and authentically.
We trust the intelligence of Ayahuasca and allow her to guide each participant in her own way.

Music and silence are the heart of our ceremonies.
Sacred songs, icaros, and medicine music are offered to support the flow of energy and to help participants navigate their inner world.
Between songs, moments of stillness invite reflection, grounding, and connection with nature’s rhythm.

We also emphasize the integration of the work — not just what happens during ceremony, but how it unfolds in daily life afterward.
True healing begins when the insights from ceremony become embodied in how you live, love, and move through the world.

Our approach is simple: to hold a space where transformation can happen naturally — where the body feels safe, the heart feels seen, and the soul can return home to itself.

“The medicine opens the door, but it is your courage, honesty, and surrender that allow you to walk through it.”

WHY WE USE AYAHUASCA IN OUR RETREATS

At From Gaia For You, Ayahuasca is not only one of the medicines we use it is the heart of our work and our spiritual path.
This sacred plant guides everything we do, both personally and collectively.
It is a living medicine that invites us into truth, humility, and remembrance showing us the beauty of being fully present and connected to life.

Our Ayahuasca comes directly from the jungle, brought to us in person to ensure its purity and integrity. We maintain a sacred relationship with those who prepare it honoring the hands, prayers, and spirits that have carried this medicine for generations.

Ayahuasca is the main medicine we use because it is complete in its work reaching every level of being. It is not a quick fix, but a profound process that unfolds over hours of introspection, silence, and connection.
Each ceremony lasts between five to seven hours, during which participants are guided inward to reflect on life, to face themselves honestly, and to open to healing through surrender.

This process touches every dimension of the human experience:

  • Physical cleansing: releasing toxins, restoring balance, and supporting the body’s natural regeneration.

  • Energetic opening: dissolving blockages and allowing life force to flow freely again.

  • Emotional healing: helping release grief, fear, and stored pain from the heart and body.

  • Spiritual awakening: reconnecting to love the vibration that underlies all creation.

Through this deep and often silent work, Ayahuasca helps us meet ourselves with compassion and honesty. Healing comes not from escaping what is within, but from facing it with love.
The medicine reveals what is ready to be seen and released always at the pace the soul can handle.

We ourselves work with the medicine weekly, continuing our own process of learning, cleansing, and growth. This allows us to hold space from true understanding to guide others not from knowledge alone, but from direct experience.
We know the movement of the medicine intimately its depth, its challenges, its grace and this allows us to support others with presence, sensitivity, and trust.

Our Ayahuasca retreats in Spain are small and personal, designed for real connection.
Each person receives individual care and energetic attention, surrounded by nature, music, and support.

We hold every ceremony as a sacred act a moment to listen, to feel, and to remember that healing is not something done to us, but something that happens through us once we open up and trust that whatever comes is what is meant to be.

“Ayahuasca is not a quick fix it is a path. It teaches through silence, reflection, and love, guiding each soul toward remembrance and renewal.”

“HEALING IS NOT BECOMING SOMEONE NEW
- IT IS REMEMBERING WHO YOU WERE BEFORE YOU FORGOT.”

THE LANGUAGE OF ENERGY AND SYMBOLS

In ceremony, Ayahuasca becomes a bridge between your conscious mind and the deeper layers of your being.
It speaks in symbols, sensations, and emotions revealing the energetic patterns that shape your life, your thoughts, and your relationships.

Many participants feel energy moving through the body as waves, vibrations, or spirals a sign that the medicine is cleansing and realigning the nervous system.
You might experience physical sensations such as heat, pressure, trembling, or release, which are all part of the body’s natural process of letting go.

Sometimes, Ayahuasca communicates through visions or symbolic imagery sacred geometry, light patterns, faces, or vivid landscapes.
These experiences are not random hallucinations; they are the language of the medicine a way for it to show you something about yourself.
Each image, color, or sensation carries meaning that your intuition understands beyond words.

Visions can be deeply personal, reflecting your emotional landscape, inner child, ancestral roots, or energetic imprints.
They often arise as metaphors for your current healing process mirrors of where you are, what is being released, or what wants to awaken within you.

It is also common for memories or forgotten experiences to reappear sometimes events or emotions that have been long suppressed or buried.
Ayahuasca gently brings them to the surface, not to cause pain, but to help you face, feel, and integrate what has remained unhealed.
This process allows the body and the soul to finally exhale, to make peace with the past, and to move forward with renewed freedom.

“Everything Ayahuasca shows you whether beautiful or challenging is a reflection of your own inner truth, revealed with the purpose of healing and remembrance.”

These inner journeys are unique for every participant. Some people see with their eyes closed, others feel through their bodies, and some simply know through insight or emotion.
Ayahuasca meets each person exactly where they are always guiding with precision, compassion, and intelligence.

The medicine doesn’t create illusions; it reveals what is already within helping you understand yourself, your story, and your energy from a higher, more loving perspective.

SPIRIT ANIMALS & THEIR MEANING IN AYAHUASCA VISIONS

In the energetic realm of Ayahuasca, animals are sacred messengers embodiments of specific forces of nature that help guide and protect during ceremony.
They are not mere hallucinations, but energetic archetypes that mirror aspects of our consciousness and healing journey.

Here are some of the most common spirit animals experienced in Ayahuasca ceremonies and what they represent:

🐆 THE FELINE GUARDIANS KEEPERS OF COURAGE, INTUITION & SACRED POWER

  • Known as Otôrongo among Amazonian tribes, the Jaguar represents courage, spiritual mastery, and fearlessness.
It is the guardian of sacred medicine and protector of the astral realms.
When Jaguar energy appears, it often means you are being guided through your shadow — the parts of yourself you have feared or denied — so that you can reclaim your power.

Jaguar teaches you how to walk with grace and confidence, unafraid of the dark, and fully rooted in your light.

“The Jaguar walks between worlds, teaching that true power is calm, not forceful.”

  • While similar to the Jaguar, the Leopard carries a slightly different vibration — feminine intuition, stealth, and adaptability.
It teaches how to move with subtlety and awareness, trusting your instincts and honoring your boundaries.
Its energy invites you to stand strong in your uniqueness while staying deeply connected to the natural rhythm of life.

“The Leopard walks softly, yet every step is power.”

  • The Black Panther carries the medicine of mystery and the unseen.
It invites you to enter the depths of your own intuition — to trust your inner knowing even when the path is not clear.
Panther energy appears to those who are ready to heal through shadow work, dreams, and feminine wisdom.

It is the spirit of silence, grace, and night vision, guiding you safely through transformation.

“Panther teaches that the darkness is not to be feared — it is where your deepest power lives.”

  • 🦁 THE LION — COURAGE, SOVEREIGNTY & THE POWER OF THE HEART

The Lion is the embodiment of inner strength, nobility, and radiant presence.
It represents the power that comes not from dominance or control, but from standing firmly in your truth and leading with the heart.
In the world of Ayahuasca, the Lion often appears as a guardian of integrity and courage — awakening the fire of purpose and reminding you of your true, untamed nature.

When the Lion visits in ceremony, it carries the message of sovereignty and authenticity.
It invites you to reclaim your inner throne — to live in alignment with your values, to speak truth even when it trembles, and to act with compassion in moments of challenge.

The Lion teaches that true power is not loud or forceful; it is calm, grounded, and radiant.
Its medicine opens the solar plexus and heart chakras, helping you embody confidence that flows from love, not ego.

This spirit may appear when you are called to:

    • Step into leadership or service

    • Find courage to follow your heart

    • Set boundaries with strength and grace

    • Transform fear into presence and purpose

The Lion also symbolizes protection and divine masculine energy — not as control, but as guidance, safety, and light.
It balances strength with softness, showing that courage and tenderness can coexist within the same breath.

“The Lion teaches that true courage is not the absence of fear — it is the decision to love in spite of it.”

  • The Tiger carries the energy of focus, determination, and primal life force.
It teaches the balance between instinct and awareness — acting with precision, not aggression.
When Tiger appears in Ayahuasca ceremony, it often reflects awakening of personal power and creativity, helping you channel energy with grace and purpose.

It may come to those who are reclaiming confidence, sensuality, or the courage to live boldly.

“The Tiger teaches strength in silence and power through presence.”

These majestic beings embody courage, intuition, and self-mastery.
They walk between worlds as protectors and teachers of presence reminding us that true strength flows from love, not control.
Their medicine awakens confidence, awareness, and heart-centered leadership.

The cats walk softly, yet their hearts roar with truth.”

A flying bald eagle with outstretched wings set against a gold sky with clouds, illuminated by bright light and geometric patterns.

🦅 THE WINGED MESSENGERS — BEARERS OF VISION, FREEDOM & DIVINE CONNECTION

These celestial beings connect Earth and Spirit, carrying the vibration of freedom, perspective, and divine timing.
They remind us to rise above limitation and see from the soul’s eye where everything aligns in sacred balance.
Their presence calls us to trust, to surrender, and to allow the winds of life to guide us.

“The winged ones teach that true freedom is not escape it is trust in the flight of the soul.”

  • The Eagle brings the spirit of the sky and clarity of sight.
It invites you to rise above limitation, to see life from a higher perspective — not as the mind perceives, but as the soul knows.
The Eagle teaches trust in divine timing and faith in your own wings.

It helps expand consciousness, opening a connection with your higher self and the divine.

“When you rise above fear, the horizon expands.”

  • In Andean cosmology, the Condor is the messenger between Heaven and Earth.
It soars closer to the Sun than any other bird, symbolizing enlightenment, higher consciousness, and divine connection.
Its wings represent freedom of the soul and the courage to release the past.

When the Condor appears, it signals renewal of purpose and the blessing of spirit — a call to expand your awareness and live from your highest truth.

“The Condor teaches that true flight begins when we surrender to the wind of the divine.”

  • The Falcon is the messenger of clarity and precision.
It flies higher than most birds, seeing far beyond what the human eye can perceive — a symbol of expanded awareness and intuitive vision.
In Ayahuasca ceremonies, the Falcon often appears when the spirit calls you to focus your energy and act with purpose.

The Falcon teaches discernment — how to see truth from illusion, movement from distraction.
It guides you to rise above confusion and to trust in divine timing, reminding you that everything unfolds exactly as it should.
Its medicine is about clear vision and decisive action — aligning your inner truth with your outer path.

When the Falcon comes to you, it may be a sign that you are ready to step into leadership, direction, or purpose with confidence and integrity.
It reminds you that clarity is not found through control, but through presence — the stillness before the flight.

The Falcon’s flight is swift yet conscious, mirroring the journey of the soul that moves forward only when the heart is ready.

“The Falcon teaches that true vision is not about seeing more — it is about seeing clearly.”

  • The hummingbird embodies joy, beauty, and the courage to follow the heart’s path.
It reminds you to seek sweetness in simplicity and to live in gratitude for the present moment.
Its energy is gentle yet powerful — teaching how to move lightly, even through transformation.

“Light as air, yet fierce in purpose — the hummingbird teaches the art of living from the heart.”

  • The Owl is the guardian of inner vision and truth.
It represents the ability to see what others cannot — to perceive beyond illusion and to sense the subtle movements of energy and emotion.
In Ayahuasca ceremonies, the Owl often appears when one is ready to uncover hidden knowledge or face truths long kept in shadow.

The Owl’s medicine is that of clarity in darkness.
It guides you through uncertainty, showing that wisdom comes not from knowing everything, but from trusting what cannot yet be seen.
When the Owl appears, it invites you to listen deeply to your intuition — to the quiet voice of your higher self that speaks in stillness.

Its presence during ceremony reminds you that silence itself is sacred — that insight arises when the mind is still, and the heart is open.

“The Owl sees with the eyes of the soul — finding light even in the deepest night.”

  • The Guacamayo, or Macaw, is the guardian of expression, color, and sacred communication.
Its radiant feathers carry the energy of the rainbow — a bridge between Earth and Sky, between silence and sound.
In the world of Ayahuasca, the Macaw is seen as the messenger of truth, teaching you to speak from the heart and express your authentic self with clarity and love.

When the Guacamayo appears in ceremony, it brings the vibration of joy, beauty, and divine communication.
Its presence awakens the throat and heart chakras, clearing blockages that may have silenced your truth or dimmed your creative voice.
Through its song and color, it reminds you that healing is not only in release but also in celebration — the celebration of being alive, of being seen, of being heard.

The Macaw also symbolizes connection to community and nature, as its call echoes through the forest like a prayer of unity.
It teaches that each being has its own frequency, and when all voices sing together, harmony is restored.

“The Guacamayo carries the colors of the soul — reminding us to live and speak in the truth of our light.”

🐍 THE ANCIENT HEALERS — SNAKES, SYMBOLS OF REBIRTH & ENERGY AWAKENING

The Serpent is the ancient guardian of healing and transformation.
It guides us through the cycles of release and renewal, awakening the life force within and cleansing what no longer serves.
Its medicine is one of surrender teaching us that rebirth is found in letting go.

“The Serpent whispers: shed the past, awaken your light, and remember who you are.”

  • The Anaconda, or Sachamama (“Mother of the Earth” in Quechua), is one of the most sacred serpents in Amazonian tradition.
It represents grounding, emotional healing, and the vast wisdom of the Earth.
Her energy is slow, powerful, and embracing — guiding you deep into the subconscious to release buried emotions, grief, or pain.

Anaconda teaches us to move through life with grace and patience, to trust the cycles of transformation, and to find strength in stillness.
It connects you with the Mother energy — nurturing, protective, and endlessly wise.

“The Anaconda whispers: sink into the depth of feeling, and from that stillness, be reborn.”

  • The Cobra is the serpent of spiritual awakening and protection.
Its hood symbolizes expansion of consciousness — the opening of awareness through inner fire and focus.
In ceremony, Cobra energy may arise when you are ready to activate higher wisdom, awaken the Kundalini, and move from instinct into spiritual clarity.

It also carries the power of sacred defense — protecting your energetic field and guiding you to act from truth rather than fear.
The Cobra teaches mastery of energy: to hold power with calmness and to channel passion into purpose.

“The Cobra teaches that awakening begins in stillness — when the inner fire meets the breath of awareness.”

  • The Viper is the serpent of swift change, release, and clarity.
Its bite is sudden and sharp — like the moment realization strikes and illusion falls away.
It arrives to cut through what is false, releasing toxic energies, patterns, or attachments that hold you back from growth.

Though fierce, the Viper’s medicine is liberating — a force that brings truth to the surface so that healing can begin.
It teaches courage, discernment, and the ability to transform pain into wisdom.

“The Viper strikes only to awaken — its medicine is truth, fierce and freeing.”

  • All serpents — Anaconda, Cobra, and Viper — share one sacred teaching: life is transformation.
They remind us that the path of healing is cyclical, not linear — that we are constantly shedding, awakening, and returning to wholeness.
Their presence in ceremony reconnects you to the body’s intelligence, to the rhythm of nature, and to the eternal dance of creation.

“The Serpent teaches that rebirth is not found in escape, but in surrender — to feel fully, to release deeply, and to rise renewed.”

🕊️ THE EARTH KEEPERS — GUARDIANS OF GROUNDING & ANCESTRAL WISDOM

These wise beings embody strength, compassion, and stability.
They remind us to slow down, breathe deeply, and root into the wisdom of our bodies and lineage.
Their medicine brings patience and presence, helping us reconnect with the Earth’s steady rhythm.

“The Earth Keepers remind us that strength is not force it is gentleness anchored in love.”

  • The Bear symbolizes the medicine of rest, reflection, and endurance.
It teaches the importance of turning inward — like winter hibernation — to find wisdom in stillness.
When the Bear appears, it invites you to reconnect with your inner home, your body, and your ancestral roots.

The Bear’s presence is comforting and stabilizing, reminding you that healing requires both courage and rest.

“Go within to find your power; the cave of silence holds the light of renewal.”

  • The Elephant carries the energy of ancient wisdom, memory, and unconditional love.
It is a sacred symbol of grounded power — strength guided by gentleness and awareness.
In Ayahuasca visions, the Elephant may appear when you are reconnecting with your ancestry, your family lineage, or the deeper wisdom that lives within your body.

It teaches patience, presence, and emotional intelligence — the ability to move steadily through life’s challenges without losing your compassion.
Elephant energy reminds you to walk slowly, to breathe deeply, and to honor the sacred rhythm of life.

It also holds the vibration of community and loyalty, reminding you of the importance of connection, empathy, and mutual care on the healing journey.

“The Elephant teaches that true strength is gentle, and true wisdom is kind.”

🦋 THE TRANSFORMERS — PURIFICATION, REBIRTH & INTUITIVE FREEDOM

These spirit allies guide the journey of release, transformation, and embodiment.
The Frog teaches purification through surrender, helping the heart return to peace.
The Butterfly reminds us that every ending carries the promise of new wings.
The Wolf awakens intuition and freedom, guiding us to walk our path with truth and trust.

Together, they represent the sacred cycle of healing to let go, to renew, and to live aligned with the soul.

“Through release we are cleansed, through surrender we are reborn, and through trust we are free.”

  • The frog represents emotional release and renewal through the element of water.
It reminds us that healing happens when we allow flow — through tears, breath, and surrender.
Seeing or hearing the Frog in ceremony often signals that a cleansing or detoxification process is taking place.

Its song is the voice of rebirth, washing away stagnation and fear.

“The Frog sings the song of renewal — cleansing the body, calming the heart.”

  • The Butterfly is a symbol of change, rebirth, and spiritual awakening.
It appears when you are undergoing a major life transformation — shedding the old to embrace the new.
In Ayahuasca visions, it often represents emergence from pain into grace, reminding you that everything in nature evolves through stages of death and rebirth.

The Butterfly teaches acceptance of the process, faith in transformation, and the beauty that arises from surrender.

“In every ending, there is a new beginning — transformation is the language of the soul.”

  • The Wolf is the guardian of intuition, instinct, and freedom.
It walks between the worlds — wild yet wise, independent yet deeply connected to its pack.
In Ayahuasca ceremonies, the Wolf often appears to those who are awakening their inner strength, learning to trust their path, or healing their relationship with belonging.

The Wolf teaches the medicine of balance — between independence and connection, freedom and loyalty, silence and expression.
It invites you to listen to the call of your soul — the inner voice that guides you home to authenticity and truth.

When Wolf energy enters your ceremony, it reminds you of the power of presence and intuition.
It helps you tune into your natural rhythm and trust your instincts — even when the path ahead is not clear.
It also speaks to community and loyalty, calling you to walk with those who share your heart and values.

The Wolf is both a lone traveler and a guardian of the tribe — teaching that spiritual strength comes from both solitude and connection.

“The Wolf teaches that freedom and belonging are not opposites — they are two paths leading back to the same truth.”

INTEGRATION AND AFTERCARE

The real work of Ayahuasca begins after the ceremony.
Integration is where the teachings of the medicine become a living part of your life where insight transforms into action, and healing becomes embodied in the way you think, feel, and relate to the world.

At From Gaia For You, we hold integration as a sacred process one that requires gentleness, presence, and patience.
The days following ceremony are often filled with sensitivity and openness.
Your body, mind, and energy continue to realign, and emotions may surface in waves as your system reorganizes itself around what has been healed or released.

We create a soft landing after each retreat space for rest, reflection, and grounding.
Sharing circles, meditation, and time in nature help you anchor the experience and begin to understand the deeper layers of what unfolded during ceremony.
This grounding process supports you in carrying the clarity, peace, and awareness from the medicine into daily life.

“Integration is not about understanding what happened it’s about becoming what you received.”

  • Our care does not end when the retreat finishes.
Each participant receives personal guidance after returning home — whether through individual calls, written support, or integration check-ins.
This ongoing connection allows you to process what continues to arise in the weeks and months after the retreat, with the same care and attention that held you during ceremony.

We encourage gentle practices to support integration:

    • Meditation and stillness, to keep the channel of awareness open.

    • Time in nature, reconnecting to simplicity and grounding energy.

    • Journaling or creative expression, to give form to insights and emotions.

    • Conscious movement — yoga, dance, or breathwork — to integrate energy through the body.

    • Clean nutrition, avoiding stimulants and heavy foods as your system stabilizes.

Some people feel clear and peaceful immediately after retreat; for others, integration takes longer.
    Both are natural.
The medicine continues to work quietly, guiding your life from within, often in subtle and unexpected ways.

“Healing is not a single moment — it is a rhythm that unfolds in its own time.”

  • True integration means living the teachings.
It means choosing truth over comfort, love over fear, presence over distraction.
It means recognizing that the ceremony never truly ends — it simply shifts into the ceremony of daily life.

The insights and clarity you receive in the retreat are not meant to stay in the past; they are seeds.
With care, attention, and action, they grow into a new way of being — more authentic, balanced, and aligned with your essence.

We are here to walk beside you in that process — to remind you that you are never alone in your journey, and that every step, even the challenging ones, are part of your healing.

“The medicine opens your heart, but it is your daily choices that keep it open.”

  • The medicine’s work continues long after the retreat ends.
As time passes and the teachings are integrated into daily life, a new sense of clarity, balance, and gratitude begins to grow.
From this grounded place, many people feel called to return — not out of need or searching, but from the desire to go deeper into their own evolution.

After you have allowed the lessons from your first retreat to settle and take form in your life, it can be profoundly healing to return to ceremony again — to open a new cycle of growth, cleansing, and renewal.
Each journey with the medicine meets you at a different stage of your path, revealing new layers of understanding and awareness.

Many of our guests choose to join one retreat per year as part of their ongoing personal and spiritual practice — a time to step out of daily routine, cleanse the body and mind, reconnect with the heart, and receive new visions for the future.
This rhythm helps maintain alignment, clarity, and vitality throughout the year, keeping your connection to Spirit and purpose strong.

Each return is not a repetition — it is a continuation.
You come back lighter, clearer, and ready to receive the next teaching.
Over time, this becomes not just a healing experience, but a way of life — a living dialogue between you, the medicine, and the intelligence of nature.

“Each retreat is another turning of the spiral — not starting over, but spiraling deeper into the heart of who you are.”

SAFETY AND CONTRAINDICATIONS

At From Gaia For You, your safety and well-being are our highest priorities.
Ayahuasca is a sacred and powerful medicine, and when used with respect, care, and proper preparation, it can bring profound healing and transformation.
However, it is essential that each person approaches it responsibly and within a safe environment, guided by experienced facilitators and proper medical awareness.

We ensure this through a comprehensive medical and psychological screening before every retreat. Each participant fills out a detailed health questionnaire, which is personally reviewed by our facilitators. If needed, we arrange an individual consultation to discuss specific conditions, medications, or emotional states. This allows us to ensure that the medicine is safe and appropriate for each person.

  • Because Ayahuasca affects the serotonin system and the cardiovascular system, it is not compatible with certain medications or health conditions.
To prevent any harmful interactions, we require that all participants disclose their current medications and medical history honestly and fully.

Ayahuasca should not be taken if you are currently using or have recently stopped taking any of the following:

    • Antidepressants (especially SSRIs, SNRIs, MAO inhibitors, or tricyclic antidepressants)

    • Antipsychotic or anti-anxiety medications

    • Sleeping pills or sedatives (including benzodiazepines)

    • Certain pain medications such as Tramadol, Meperidine, or synthetic opioids

    • Stimulants or ADHD medications (such as Ritalin, Adderall, Concerta, etc.)

    • Weight loss medications or appetite suppressants

    • Recreational drugs, particularly cocaine, MDMA, amphetamines, or LSD

If you are currently taking any prescription medication, you must consult with your facilitator before attending the retreat.
We will guide you on safe tapering periods if applicable and ensure that your participation will not endanger your health.

  • Ayahuasca is not suitable for people with serious physical health conditions that affect the heart, brain, or nervous system.
    This includes:

    • Cardiovascular problems (heart disease, arrhythmia, high or low blood pressure)

    • History of stroke or brain aneurysm

    • Severe liver, kidney, or gastrointestinal disease

    • Epilepsy or seizure disorders

    • Recent surgery or ongoing physical weakness

    • Pregnancy or breastfeeding

If you are unsure whether your condition is compatible, we will discuss it privately during your screening process.
    Your safety always comes first.

  • Ayahuasca is a powerful teacher for the mind and emotions, and for some, it can bring deeply buried experiences to the surface.
Because of this, it is typically not recommended for individuals with severe psychiatric conditions such as:

    • Schizophrenia or psychosis

    • Severe bipolar disorder

    • Borderline personality disorder

    • Severe and untreated depression or anxiety

    • Current suicidal thoughts or instability

However, we also recognize that every person’s story is unique, and that many people living with conditions such as bipolar disorder, anxiety, or depression have found healing and balance through careful, guided work with Ayahuasca.

If you are living with a mental health condition, we will not automatically exclude you — instead, we will take the time to understand your situation fully.
We will schedule a personal video call before confirming participation, to explore your history, your current stability, and your intention.
In these cases, we work with adapted doses and close monitoring during the ceremonies to ensure your safety and comfort.
Our facilitators stay by your side throughout the process, supporting you gently and ensuring that the medicine works in harmony with your emotional state.

  • Every retreat is held in a safe and contained environment, with small groups that allow us to offer personal attention to everyone present.
Our facilitators are experienced, intuitive, and trained to recognize and support every kind of emotional or physical process that can arise.
We maintain calm, grounded presence and keep all participants within close observation throughout the ceremonies.

A first aid kit and emergency procedures are always in place, though in all our years of work we have never had a case requiring medical intervention.
This is the result of careful preparation, honest communication, and the sacred respect we hold for the medicine and its participants.

“Safety is not only physical — it is energetic. It is the peace that allows healing to unfold naturally.”

  • We invite every person who joins our retreats to come with an open heart, humility, and a clear intention.
Ayahuasca is not a cure-all or a quick solution — it is a mirror and a teacher.
Approaching it with reverence, discipline, and truth allows the experience to become healing and deeply transformative.

Participation in our retreats is voluntary and based on each individual’s free and informed choice.

All participants are required to complete a medical and psychological intake form before acceptance, and full honesty in this process is essential to ensure safety.
By joining a retreat, each participant acknowledges that they understand and accept full responsibility for their own physical, emotional, and mental well-being before, during, and after the experience.

The plant medicines offered — including Ayahuasca, Kambo, Rapéh, San Pedro, and other traditional preparations — are used in a ceremonial and cultural context in accordance with ancestral traditions.
We do not sell, distribute, or promote the recreational use of any plant medicines or psychoactive substances.

“This work is sacred. We are here to walk beside you — to hold a safe, respectful, and loving space where healing can unfold through your own inner wisdom.”

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Before joining an Ayahuasca retreat, it’s natural to have questions about safety, preparation, what to expect, and how to integrate the experience afterward.
At From Gaia For You, we value transparency, trust, and understanding, and we want every participant to feel fully informed and at ease before beginning this sacred journey.

In this section, you’ll find answers to the most common questions about Ayahuasca ceremonies, preparation, integration, and safety at our retreats in Spain.
These insights are based on years of experience holding intimate and safe Ayahuasca retreats in Europe where each person receives personal care, guidance, and attention throughout the process.

Whether you’re completely new to Ayahuasca or have worked with plant medicine before, this FAQ will help you better understand how we approach this path and what makes our retreats a truly safe, transformative, and heart-centered experience.

  • Each retreat includes two or three Ayahuasca ceremonies, depending on its duration.
We never rush the process — every ceremony builds upon the previous one.
The first focuses on cleansing and opening, the second often brings clarity and understanding, and the third (in longer retreats) allows for integration and expansion of the heart and spirit.

Each night is guided with sacred songs, medicine music, and grounded facilitation, ensuring that every participant moves at their own rhythm.

  • Preparation is one of the most important parts of this work.
We guide every participant through a two-week preparation period, including a personal call to discuss your needs and physical, emotional, and spiritual readiness.

During this time, we invite you to:

    • Eat clean, natural, and plant-based foods.

    • Avoid alcohol, recreational drugs, and processed foods.

    • Reduce caffeine, nicotine, and sugar.

    • Rest, meditate, and spend time in nature.

    • Observe your emotions, relationships, and inner dialogue.

    • Set a clear intention — not as an expectation, but as a direction for your journey.

You’ll also receive our preparation guide, which explains how to create inner clarity and energetic balance before the retreat.

“Preparation is the first ceremony — every mindful choice is already part of your healing.”

  • We speak seven languages in total. Our main language of the retreat is English. The ceremony and support are fully accessible to participants who speak English, Spanish, German, Dutch, French, Swiss and Italian.

  • Each ceremony is a deep inward journey — not a performance or spectacle.
You will sit or lie down in a sacred space, guided by music, silence, and the presence of our facilitators.
The experience may involve visions, emotional release, physical cleansing, or simply profound stillness.

    Ayahuasca works differently for everyone.
Some experience strong sensations or insights, others subtle feelings or reflections.
It meets you exactly where you are — showing you what you are ready to see, feel, or release.

Our facilitators remain close throughout the night, offering individual attention and grounding whenever needed.

  • Yes — fear is a natural and important part of the process.
Ayahuasca invites us to face what we have avoided, and that can bring up resistance before the ceremony.
Our role is to help you feel safe and supported so that you can surrender gently into the experience.

We begin every retreat by creating a field of trust — through grounding practices, sharing circles, and cleansing rituals — so you can enter the ceremony feeling calm and held.
When fear is embraced instead of resisted, it often transforms into deep peace and gratitude.

  • We work in small and intimate groups — never more than six participants per retreat.
This allows us to give individual guidance to each person and to maintain a strong energetic container.

With smaller groups, the space becomes more personal, the medicine can work deeper, and each participant can receive full attention before, during, and after the ceremonies.
This also makes the group energy harmonious, balanced, and deeply connected.

“Intimacy creates safety — and safety allows transformation.”

  • Ayahuasca can support profound emotional healing — helping you understand the roots of pain, release suppressed emotions, and reconnect with your heart.
However, it is not a quick fix or a substitute for therapy or medication.

We’ve supported many participants who live with anxiety, mild depression, or bipolar tendencies, and in these cases, we work with adapted doses and close personal monitoring during the ceremonies.
If you have a psychiatric diagnosis or are taking medication, we’ll have a video call beforehand to understand your situation and decide together whether this process is right for you.

“The medicine does not heal for you — it helps you remember how to heal yourself.”

  • Ayahuasca doesn’t always communicate through visuals.
Sometimes her work is subtle — cleansing, balancing, or opening the heart without clear images or stories.
Even if you don’t see or feel much, deep transformation is happening beneath the surface.

It can also happen that a participant is still disconnected from their emotions or very much in the mind, which makes it harder to notice what is unfolding in the body.
In these cases, the person might feel frustration, impatience, or even anger — emotions that are, in fact, part of the process.
They show where resistance still exists, and facing them with honesty prepares the ground for deeper surrender in the following ceremonies.

It’s important to remember that Ayahuasca is not a magic solution.
The medicine opens the door, but you must walk through it.
Real healing happens when you work together with the medicine — by listening, breathing, feeling, and allowing what arises without judgment.
The more you participate consciously in your process, the more the medicine can support you in return.

“Ayahuasca doesn’t do the work for you — she shows you where the work is.”

  • Struggling or resisting during an Ayahuasca ceremony is completely natural — and, in truth, it’s often a very important part of the healing.
When old emotions, fear, or pain begin to surface, the mind’s instinct is to resist and hold on.
But these moments are exactly where transformation begins.

At From Gaia For You, we remind each participant that the medicine works with you, not for you.
Ayahuasca will never force you to see or feel something you’re not ready for — but she will show you what’s waiting to be released.
When resistance arises, it is not a failure; it is an invitation to breathe, to soften, and to allow what has been held for too long to move.

Our facilitators stay present and attentive throughout the entire night.
We support you through grounding touch, music, prayer, and gentle guidance, helping you reconnect with your breath and body.
Sometimes a single song, a few words, or simply being seen and reminded that you are safe is enough to shift everything.

When you stop fighting the process and allow yourself to surrender, the energy that was once locked in resistance transforms into peace, release, and freedom.
What feels like struggle in the moment often becomes the turning point — the exact moment where healing truly begins.

“When you stop trying to control the experience, the medicine can finally reach you.”

BOOK YOUR SUPPORT CALL

Before every retreat, we offer a personal preparation call to connect with each participant individually.
This is where your journey truly begins a space to meet, share openly, and receive guidance on how to prepare physically, emotionally, and energetically for the ceremonies.

During the call, we explore your intentions, current state, and any specific needs to ensure that your process is safe, aligned, and deeply personal.
You’ll also receive clear preparation instructions and practices to begin cleansing and focusing your energy before arrival.

“Preparation begins with connection the moment you say yes, the medicine begins to work.”
