    We work with small groups of maximum 6 participants , allowing for personal attention, emotional safety, and a deeply held shared experience, where individual processes are supported within the collective field.

    Our retreats follow a carefully designed program that includes a selection of sacred medicines and complementary therapeutic practices. This integrative approach has supported profound healing and transformation for many people over the years.

  • Absolutely! Many of our participants are joining a retreat for the very first time.

    Our retreats are designed to guide both beginners and experienced seekers in a safe, respectful, and supportive way.

    For newcomers, we provide detailed preparation guidance, emotional support, and close care during ceremonies so you feel held and secure at every step.

    For those with previous experience, our retreats often offer a deeper or more integrative journey than larger centers.

  • Yes — safety is our highest priority.

    Every participant undergoes a medical and personal screening before joining, so we can ensure there are no contraindications with health conditions or medications.

    During the retreat, ceremonies are guided by experienced facilitators who carry deep knowledge of the medicines and the healing process.

    We also keep groups small so we can give close attention to everyone’s needs.

    Beyond ceremony safety, we also place strong emphasis on preparation and integration so that each participant feels supported before, during, and after the retreat.

  • While Ayahuasca is at the heart of our work, we also integrate other ancestral plant medicines including San Pedro (Huachuma), Kambo, Bufo Alvarius, Cacao, Tobacco, Natural plant and Tobacco purges, Rapéh, Sananga.

    These medicines complement each other beautifully:
    - Ayahuasca is known for its deep spiritual and emotional healing
    - San Pedroopens the heart and expands awareness
    - Kambo works as a powerful physical and energetic cleanse
    - Rapéh - Mapacho brings grounding, focus, and clarity.

    Each retreat may include one or a combination of these, depending on what is aligned with the group or individual.

  • One month before your retreat, you’ll receive clear preparation guidelines including diet, lifestyle adjustments, and intention-setting practices.

    Physically, we recommend a clean diet free of alcohol, processed foods, and stimulants. Mentally, journaling, meditation, and self-reflection help create the right mindset for the experience.

    You’ll also have a personal preparation call to answer your questions and give you personalized guidelines for your weeks of preparation.

    The mentorship is based on an authentic and honest relationship, where we walk alongside you in your process. Part of this support is offering a clear and compassionate mirror, helping you recognize patterns, perspectives, or potentials that you may not yet be able to see yourself, allowing new understanding and possibilities to emerge.

    Each mentorship journey is shaped together according to your intentions, needs, and the stage of life you are moving through.

  • For those who feel called to explore microdosing as part of their healing, creative, or personal development journey, we offer guided microdosing programs designed to bring awareness and intention into the process.

    Microdosing is not approached as a quick solution, but as a supportive tool that works best when combined with reflection, emotional awareness, and conscious integration into daily life. Many of our retreat participants choose to work with microdosing after attending a retreat or ceremony, as a gentle way to continue integrating their experiences and anchor insights into everyday life.

    At the same time, microdosing can also serve as a first step for those who wish to begin building connection and sensitivity before joining a retreat, allowing a gradual and conscious approach to working with the medicines.

    Products or microdosing-related resources available through our Gaia Holistic Shop do not automatically include personal guidance or integration support.

    For those who wish to receive deeper support during their process, integration and mentoring support can be added separately through 1:1 online sessions with our team, which we highly recommend. These sessions help participants navigate emotional processes, insights, and changes that may arise throughout their journey.

    This additional support can include preparation and intention setting, guidance throughout the microdosing period, and personal check-ins, helping you observe patterns, emotional processes, and life changes as they unfold.     Participants may also be guided toward supportive practices such as grounding exercises, nervous system regulation, embodiment practices, and lifestyle adjustments, helping stabilize and integrate the process into everyday life.

DANILO BRUNI

Danilo founded From Gaia For You with the vision of creating a safe and intimate space for deep healing, welcoming participants into his family home where retreats unfold in a warm and supportive environment.

His own life journey led him through deep personal transformation and many paths of healing, allowing him today to guide others with grounded presence, compassion, and authenticity.

Founder & Facilitator

  • Danilo’s journey of transformation began through early life challenges that led him into an intense path of self-discovery and healing. Over the years, he has explored different approaches, including classical clinical therapy, Vipassana meditation, and periods living in a Buddhist monastery, alongside his dedication as a high-performance athlete.

    For more than eight years, he has immersed himself in the study and facilitation of plant medicine work in Europe, integrating psychotherapeutic understanding with ceremonial spaces. He has also spent extended time in the jungle deepening his connection with indigenous traditions and ancestral healing practices.

  • Danilo embodies a grounded and healthy masculine presence that naturally transmits safety, clarity, and guidance. His intuitive and shamanic qualities allow him to perceive people beyond their stories and support them with honesty, warmth, and compassion.

    Through deep listening and heart-centered communication, he creates spaces where participants feel safe to open and move through their healing processes with trust.

    Music is also an essential part of his work. As a passionate and creative musician, Danilo integrates sound and music into ceremonies and retreats, using it as a powerful tool for healing, connection, and transformation.

ILSE CECILE BOS

Ilse, co-founder of From Gaia For You, plays a vital role in bringing the vision of the retreats into lived experience through her creativity, sensitivity, and heartfelt presence.

She has a natural gift for creating warm, intimate, and nurturing spaces, ensuring that participants feel welcomed, cared for, and supported throughout their retreat journey.

  • Over the past years, Ilse has walked her own deep path of healing and self-discovery, developing a profound connection with plant medicines and the processes of emotional and personal transformation.

    Through her personal journey, she brings gentle, compassionate, and intuitive support to participants, understanding how vulnerable and powerful healing processes can be. Her presence helps people feel safe, seen, and supported as they move through their own experiences.

    Her sensitivity and intuition allow her to accompany others with warmth and care, creating spaces where emotional openness and authentic healing can unfold naturally.

  • Music is a central part of Ilse’s contribution to the retreats. Through her heartfelt voice, often accompanied by piano, guitar, shamanic drum, and sound bowls, she creates moments of deep emotional connection and inner openness. Sound becomes a gentle guide, supporting healing, reflection, and transformation throughout ceremonies and retreat spaces.

    Beyond music, Ilse expresses her creativity in many forms, bringing warmth and beauty into the retreat environment through handcrafted details, decoration, baking, cooking, and creating elements that make the space feel alive and welcoming. Her natural creativity and care are present in the small touches that help participants feel at ease and supported.

    Through music, creativity, and the spaces she lovingly shapes, Ilse helps cultivate an atmosphere where healing, softness, and connection can unfold naturally.

PORCHINI & LUNA

Luna and Porchini, our Yorkshire Terriers and therapy dogs, are a gentle and loving part of the From Gaia For You team. With their intuitive presence and open hearts, they naturally support the healing spaces we hold.

They move freely through our retreats, offering comfort, grounding, and unconditional love — whether resting beside participants during integration or quietly holding space in moments of deep emotion.

They are family, guardians of the space, and gentle mirrors of the heart.
